| Returns |
| Items must be returned, freight prepaid, for full credit within 30 days, and in the same condition they left our premises. Shipping charges are not credited. All returns for non-damaged items are will be charged a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not credited. You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items. This code is provided to ensure that your request is handled and processed both quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it is important that this number be printed on the outside of the package being returned. This will expedite the process and allow us to correct the problem more efficiently. |
| Damaged Items |
| If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 954-670-1600, and a representative will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. They will record the necessary information and your replacement item will be re-sent . Since customer satisfaction is our main concern, you can rest assured that if a problem arises, we will rectify it. |
